- You must live in parts of ZIP codes 44102, 44109, 44113, or a small part of 44144 in Cleveland. Your income should be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If you don't meet the income limit but have a financial hardship like job loss, you may still qualify. If you live outside the service area, the pantry will serve you once and then tell you where your assigned pantry is—except during busy times like November and December.
