ACCESS JEWISH CLEVELAND gives information and connects you to community resources. They help with job searches, counseling, emergency money, and college scholarships. They can also refer you to kosher food pantries. The "Aging Well" program helps older adults find transportation, nutrition, care planning, and housing. They also have information for caregivers.
