Choices Behavioral Health Care offers an intensive outpatient program for youth with substance abuse issues. You attend treatment groups while continuing your regular life. The program is designed to help you work through addiction with professional support.

M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm or by appointment.
Who can use it: You must be under age 19 and currently enrolled in high school.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, to talk about whether this program is right for you. A counselor will discuss what you need and set up an intake appointment, which takes about 2 hours. Most appointments happen within 1 to 3 days. You can start attending treatment groups 1 to 3 days after your intake. You can also visit the website to get information or email them, or walk in Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, to fill out a form and make an appointment - but walk-in appointments won't be the same day.
