This is a place to live for people ages 16-25 with developmental disabilities. Staff provide training and support programs. The home is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who can use it: You must be ages 16-25. Your main diagnosis must be a developmental disability. You must show challenging behaviors like aggression or self-harm. You must be certified eligible by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm to ask questions. A referral must come from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
