Who can use it: You must be 18 or older. You must be certified eligible by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm to ask questions. The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities must refer you. There is a waiting list.
