- Who can use it
- Anyone can use the learning lab. PIPP itself has its own income requirements.
- Languages
- English on-site. Other languages by phone.
- What to expect
- Staff can explain PIPP and help you with the transition to OH|ID. They can also help with PIPP re-verification, which keeps you in the program.
- What to bring
- No documents are needed to access the Learning Lab
- however
- the following should be brought to sign up for PIPP: Proof of Income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 years of age and older. Most recent utility bills for gas and/or electric. When first applying client will also need proof of citizenship (birth certificate
- passport
- voter registration card
- military service record) or proof of legal resident/qualified alien (naturalization papers
- INS I.D. card). For reverification will not need proof of citizenship unless it is not on file with PIPP. Other documents may be required based on the individual situation. If claiming zero income
- must bring most recent IRS tax transcript
- if someone has been financially helping household within the past 90 days
- must bring a signed and dated letter from that person
- detailing amount of money given.
