- You must be an honorably discharged veteran, their spouse, a surviving spouse, a dependent parent, or a minor child. You must live in Ross County and meet income rules.

- What to expect
- They can help with electric and gas bills up to $300. They give vouchers, and the amount of help depends on your needs. They don't help with reconnection fees for utilities.
