Office hours: M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm. Program involves monthly meetings with assigned liaison.
Who can use it
You must be 18 to 20 years old, aging out of foster care, and either completing high school, in college, in a vocational program, or working at least 80 hours a month.
Languages
English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect
You'll meet regularly with a case manager who will help direct you and oversee payments for services.
