This service tells you about your child support case and payment history. It does not collect or send payments - that is done by the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services in Columbus. You can check your payment history and balance due through the web portal or phone line.

Who can use it: You can use this service if a court ordered you to pay or receive child support, and the court order or one of the people involved is in Cuyahoga County.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or use the web portal anytime after you register online. You can also use live chat Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. You can drop off paperwork or payments in drop boxes at the office.
