This service helps people who are in a domestic violence situation or have experienced it. They provide crisis help and safety planning. They can also provide emergency shelter for individuals and families who need a safe place. If shelter is not available or not needed, they refer you to other help like advocates and support groups.

- Who can use it
- This service is for adults and their children who are fleeing domestic violence. The most recent abuse must have happened in the last six months to qualify for shelter. The agency welcomes all survivors of domestic violence, including transgender and gender diverse individuals.

- What to expect
- Call or chat through the agency website to talk with someone. They will assess your situation. If you need shelter and it is available, they will help you get a safe place to stay. If shelter is full, they will refer you to other resources in your community. If you have pets, they can help you find pet shelter too. The service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
