- Hours vary — see schedule belowOnline application is available on the 1st through 10th of every month online. Critical Financial Assistance department staff are available M-F from 9:00am - 6:00pm with voicemail capability outside of regular office hours.
- Who can use it
- You must be an active duty service member (E1-E6) or a post-9/11 veteran with a wound/illness/injury, within 10 years of discharge, with an honorable or general discharge. Families must be DEERS-eligible.

- English on-site. Other languages by phone.
- What to expect
- They will pay your bills directly to the vendor. Food assistance comes as a gift card.

- leave and earnings statement (LES)
- discharge document (DD-214)
- line of duty document (LOD)
- proof of deployment
- documentation relating to cited need such as mortgage statement
- eviction notice
- repair bill
- and other documentation requested by the assigned case worker.
