Who can use it

Debes haber sufrido una pérdida debido a un incendio o un desastre declarado por el Gobernador. Debes vivir en el condado de Cuyahoga y los ingresos de tu hogar deben estar en o por debajo del 200% del nivel de pobreza federal. Además, debes ser padre, cuidador, tutor o custodio de un niño menor de edad, o estar embarazada en el tercer trimestre o después.

What to expect

Pueden ayudar con el alquiler o un depósito de seguridad (hasta $750); estufas y refrigeradores (hasta $200); muebles para bebés; camas/colchones para niños (hasta $250), ropa para niños (hasta $150 por niño); reemplazo de ropa de adultos debido a incendio o inundación (hasta $225); y muebles en general (sofá, mesa, etc. - hasta $400).

What to bring

Proof of address Proof of income received by any member of the household during the previous 30 days. Examples of acceptable verification are pay stubs
letter from the employer
award letter
and self-employment records (income ledger or self-declaration). If needed
agency can verbally confirm income with employer or other income source - or with the applicant (if self-employed). Proof of ALL liquid assets (verbal or written) Proof of the applicant's change in circumstance leading to the current need and written proof that the applicant made a significant attempt to use other community services to meet the need presented. If pregnant
need a medical statement verifying pregnancy. In addition
if the cost of the need exceeds the amount of PRC that is to be issued
the applicant must provide verification that they have paid the amount in excess of the PRC payment
prior to receiving payment.
