Who can use it

What to expect

What to bring

• Proof of address Proof of income received by any member of the household during the previous 30 days. Examples of acceptable verification are pay stubs
• letter from the employer
• award letter
• and self-employment records (income ledger or self-declaration). If needed
• agency can verbally confirm income with employer or other income source - or with the applicant (if self-employed).
