- Who can use it
- You must live in Cuyahoga County and your household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level. Also, you need to be a parent, caretaker, guardian, or custodian of a minor child, or be pregnant in your third trimester or after.

- What to expect
- They can help pay past-due amounts to keep your service on or to turn it back on. They can also help set up service for a new home.
- What to bring
- Completed application form Proof of address Proof of income received by any member of the household during the previous 30 days. Examples of acceptable verification are pay stubs
- letter from the employer
- award letter
- and self-employment records (income ledger or self-declaration). If needed
- agency can verbally confirm income with employer or other income source - or with the applicant (if self-employed). Proof of ALL liquid assets (verbal or written) Proof of the applicant's change in circumstance leading to the current need and written proof that the applicant made a significant attempt to use other community services to meet the need presented. - need a medical statement verifying pregnancy. In most cases
