Who can use it

This is for first-time homebuyers who haven't owned a home in the last three years (they make exceptions for single parents or displaced homemakers). You need to put down at least 1.5% of the sale price yourself and the home must be in Lakewood and be your main residence. There are income limits based on your household size.
