Third Thursday of the month: 5:00pm-7:00pm and on the Friday following the third Thursday of the month: 9:00am-11:00am. Generally, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and all major holidays.

You must live in Bay Village, work there, or be a member of Bay Presbyterian Church.

What to expect
You need to live in Bay Village, work there, or be a member of the Bay Presbyterian Church. If you don't, they'll serve you once and then help you find a pantry that's right for you.
What to bring
  • Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill
  • Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
  • or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
  • individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
  • will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
