- Who can use it
- You can get help once every 30 days if you live in ZIP codes 44120, 44122, and 44128 and your income is 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If your income is higher but you have a financial hardship, you might still get help.

- What to bring
- Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill
- Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
- or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
- individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
- will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
