- You can get help once a month if you live in Cleveland Heights, Lyndhurst, South Euclid, or University Heights and your income is 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If your income is higher but you have a financial hardship, you might still get help.

- Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill

- or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
- individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
- will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
