- You must live in Cuyahoga County. Your income should generally be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less.

- or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
- individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
- will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
