January through October: 2nd Friday of the Month: 10:00am-2:00pm and Fourth Friday of the month: 4:00pm-7:00pm. November through December: Second Friday of the month: 10:00am-2:00pm and Third Friday of the month: 3:00pm-7:00pm. HOLIDAYS: closed on New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th.

What to bring

Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill
Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
