CLOSED Monday, January 26, 2026. Otherwise, open on the last two Mondays and Wednesdays of the month (where Monday and Wednesday are within the same month on the calendar): 10:00am-1:00pm. EXTRA EVENING HOURS are offered on the last Wednesday of the month: 3:00pm-6:00pm. The last Monday and Wednesday of service must fall in the same month. Another way to determine this is to find the last Wednesday of the month (service will be on this day and the preceding Monday, and also on the Monday and Wednesday of the week before. Generally, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and all major holidays.
Who can use it
You can get help once every 30 days if you live in Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Moreland Hills Village, Orange Village, Pepper Pike, Woodmere Village, or the northern portion of Highland Hills Village, and your income is 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If your income is higher but you have a financial hardship, you might still get help.

What to bring
  • Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill
  • Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
  • or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
  • individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
  • will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
