You can choose the food you want. The pantry usually gives you about three days of groceries based on how many people are in your family. The amount depends on what they have in stock.

What to expect: Call Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm to set up an appointment. If no one answers, leave a message and they will call you back within 1-2 business days. You can also text your names and the words "Need Food" and someone will contact you within two business days to schedule a time. You pick up your food on Thursday between 12:30pm and 2:30pm.
What to bring: Call ahead to confirm what documents you'll need to bring.
