What to expect

You'll need to call and make an appointment first. They are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. They close on major holidays.

What to bring

Photo I.D. (For individuals AND their representative
if disabled.) Proof of residency needed for all adults in household and one item of proof for each child claimed (such as Medicaid card
school record
etc.) on first visit. Residency information will be updated once a year.
