What to expect: Call first to make an appointment. You can walk in the first time. After that, you will need to schedule an appointment. The waiting room is small. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The pantry is closed on major holidays - Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
