They give you non-perishable food, food supplements, and special frozen meals if you have HIV/AIDS. They also provide rides to medical appointments and nutrition advice. They can bring 5-day supplies of fortified frozen meals or 7-day supplies of hot and cold meals to homebound people.

- Hours vary — see schedule belowVaries: days, evenings and weekends. Fortified frozen meals are delivered once per week. Hot/cold meals are delivered as often as 5-7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Office hours M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.

- You are eligible if you have HIV and live in Greater Cleveland.

- What to expect
- For the food pantry, you can get two bags of food once a month. For meal delivery, you'll need a doctor's note that shows you are at risk of wasting and are homebound.

- Proof of HIV+ status

- Proof of residency and proof of income for pantry services. Delivered meals require physician's referral.
