Greater Circle Living gives eligible workers $1,400 to help pay rent one time. The money is meant to help people stay and work in the area. You can only get this help once, and only one person per household can use it.

- Who can use it
- You must work at a specific institution in the service area. You must plan to live in one of these neighborhoods: Buckeye-Shaker, Central-Midtown, St. Clair-Superior, East Cleveland, Glenville, Hough, Fairfax, Little Italy, or University Circle. The rental unit must be your main home. Only one person in your household can get this help, and you can only get it one time. Different employers have different eligibility rules for their workers.

- What to expect
- Call the agency or your employer's human resources office to find out if you qualify. If you do, call to get an application and set up an appointment. Before you sign a lease, you must get a signed letter from your employer approving a rental unit from the agency's pre-approved list. You need to be able to pay the first month's rent and security deposit yourself. The agency will only reimburse you if you move in after you get the approval letter.
