Hours
Hours vary — see schedule below
M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
Who can use it
You must work at a specific institution in the service area. You must plan to live in one of these neighborhoods: Buckeye-Shaker, Central-Midtown, St. Clair-Superior, East Cleveland, Glenville, Hough, Fairfax, Little Italy, or University Circle. The rental unit must be your main home. Only one person in your household can get this help, and you can only get it one time. Different employers have different eligibility rules for their workers.
Languages
English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect
Call the agency or your employer's human resources office to find out if you qualify. If you do, call to get an application and set up an appointment. Before you sign a lease, you must get a signed letter from your employer approving a rental unit from the agency's pre-approved list. You need to be able to pay the first month's rent and security deposit yourself. The agency will only reimburse you if you move in after you get the approval letter.
What to bring
Call ahead to confirm what documents you'll need to bring.
