Who can use it

You must be 21 or older and live in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Lorain, or Geauga County. You also need to be in a nursing home, a Medicaid waiver program, or have lived in an Ohio assisted living facility for at least six months.

You'll pay your standard room and board costs. Your assisted living facility must agree to this program and be certified by the agency.
