Meals are delivered M, W, F between 11:00am-12:00noon. Weekend meals are available and are delivered on Fridays along with the regular meals.

What to expect
Each day's meals include a hot lunch, a soup or sandwich, fruit, a small salad, a dinner roll, and milk or juice. We can adjust meals for diabetes, low-salt diets, and allergies if you tell us in advance.
