Who can use it

You need to be age 60 or older and live in certain ZIP codes: 44102, 44104, parts of 44105, 44106, 44108, 44109, 44110, 44111, 44112, 44113, 44114, 44115, 44120, 44135, 44146. It does not cover Newburgh Heights.

They can swap fruit for dessert if you have diabetes. They might also arrange for other home services you need.
