Who can use it
You must be homeless and physically present in Cuyahoga County. This means living outside, in a condemned building, in a car, or a dangerous environment.

English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect
If you're eligible, they'll place you in an available shelter if you're willing to go. There's no guarantee of immediate placement.
What to bring
  • Photo I.D. preferred
  • where adult disabled children are part of family: court-ordered guardianship or documents from Social Security showing status of disabled person
  • proof of custody of minor children: accepts birth certificates
  • court documents.
