- What to expect
- If the assessment shows you’re eligible, we'll try to place you in an available shelter. We'll help you create both a short-term and long-term housing plan. Immediate placement isn't guaranteed because space is limited.
- What to bring
- Photo ID preferred
- where adult disabled children are part of family
- court-ordered guardianship or documents from Social Security showing status of disabled person are requested
- proof of custody of minor children: accepts birth certificates
- court documents.
