You must be homeless and physically present in Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, or Vinton County.

What to expect
If the assessment shows you’re eligible, we'll try to place you in an available shelter. We'll help you create both a short-term and long-term housing plan. Immediate placement isn't guaranteed because space is limited.
What to bring
  • Photo ID preferred
  • where adult disabled children are part of family
  • court-ordered guardianship or documents from Social Security showing status of disabled person are requested
  • proof of custody of minor children: accepts birth certificates
  • court documents.
