Who can use it
You must be a chronically homeless veteran with an honorable or general discharge, have income within HUD limits, and be committed to stable housing and recovery.

What to expect
They'll help you get a home and connect you with health care, mental health services, and addiction counseling.
What to bring
  • If available: Discharge papers (DD-214)
  • VA Medical Card
  • Proof of income. Will work with client if client is unemployed or has no income.
