Your family income must be 50% or less of the area's median income. They prioritize people in job programs or school, those 62 or older, veterans, and people receiving Social Security Disability.

What to bring

Applicants are required to provide Photo I. D. and Social Security Card. The client or representative must have information regarding Social Security Numbers for every member of the household
as well as documentation of income and assets. Name of landlord will also be required.
