Who can use it

You must meet low-to-moderate income limits for your household size. You need to complete pre-purchase and home maintenance counseling. You also need to get a first mortgage from a lender. You cannot have owned a home in the last three years, unless you were displaced.

Pre-approval letter from loan company

Birth Certificates of all under 18
