Your household income must be less than 125% of the poverty level. You must be a U.S. citizen and an Ohio resident. They consider expenses like childcare, transportation, and health care. Income and asset limits don't apply if you're 60 or older. They serve Belmont, Harrison counties, but might not be able to take all eligible cases.
