Who can use it
Your income needs to meet their guidelines, you must have a good rental payment history, acceptable credit, no felony convictions in the last 5 years, no evictions in the last 2 years, and be 18 or older.

What to expect
You'll lease the home for some time (up to 15 years) before you can buy it, and you'll be responsible for regular home maintenance.
What to bring
  • Will need the following pieces of documentation sent via docusign
  • online
  • or in person: birth certificate
  • Social Security card
  • photo identification
  • proof of income in the form of 3-4 pay stubs
  • a recent utility bill (if applicable) and a county and city sheriff's report from the Justice Center in your name. An application needs to be completed by every member of the household 18 years of age and older.
