The Norma Herr Women's Center provides emergency overnight shelter for homeless women. It has 219 beds and 56 mats. The shelter is part of Cuyahoga County's program to help people who face barriers to finding stable housing.

Who can use it: This shelter serves women age 18 or older, including pregnant women with no other children. It is for people who are homeless—living outside, in a public building, in a car, or in a dangerous environment.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: You can walk in for one night of emergency shelter. After 8:00am, you will need to call Coordinated Intake unless you have already been assessed. You will get a place to rest, 3 meals a day, and access to drinking water. The shelter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
