You can get grocery bags of food once a month. If a doctor says you need it and you can't leave home, you can get special meals delivered to your house. The program also helps pay for rides to medical appointments and gives nutrition advice.

- Hours vary — see schedule belowVaries: days, evenings and weekends. Fortified frozen meals are delivered once per week. Hot/cold meals are delivered as often as 5-7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Office hours M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
- Who can use it
- You can get 2 bags of food once per month. To get meal delivery, a doctor must say you are at risk of wasting and you must be homebound.

- English on-site. Other languages by phone.
- What to expect
- Call the main office for a phone interview and intake appointment to become a client. Then you can start getting services. Meals are delivered once a week or more often, including weekends and holidays.
