Parma's Project Help

A program of Parma City Of - Service Department

The City of Parma can help pay rent, mortgage, or utility bills for up to three months. They give up to $6,000 for a family or $3,000 for a single person. The money helps stop eviction, foreclosure, or utility shut-off. You can only use this service once in your lifetime.

Who can use it
You must live in Parma. You must have suddenly lost income because of an accident, illness, job loss (not being fired), or disability. You cannot be self-employed or on a fixed income. For utility help, you must have gotten a shut-off notice or letter. For rent or mortgage help, you must have missed payments and be at risk of eviction or foreclosure.
