A program of Parma City Of - Service Department
The City of Parma can help pay rent, mortgage, or utility bills for up to three months. They give up to $6,000 for a family or $3,000 for a single person. The money helps stop eviction, foreclosure, or utility shut-off. You can only use this service once in your lifetime.

- Who can use it
- You must live in Parma. You must have suddenly lost income because of an accident, illness, job loss (not being fired), or disability. You cannot be self-employed or on a fixed income. For utility help, you must have gotten a shut-off notice or letter. For rent or mortgage help, you must have missed payments and be at risk of eviction or foreclosure.
