What to expect
Pick up an application at a Job and Family Services Office, the library, or request one by mail from the PRC Hotline. Fill it out and turn it in. The office will decide whether to approve or deny your application within 10 calendar days (sometimes up to 30 days). You will be told the decision in person or by mail within two business days. If approved, you pick up your voucher at the Virgil Brown Neighborhood Family Service Center, sign it, and give it to the property owner or seller to complete.
