Project Star: Sex Trafficking Advocacy And Recovery

This service has a hotline open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call to get help escaping trafficking and find resources. The service offers referrals to other help, someone to advocate for you, case management, counseling, and shelter if you need it.

Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and a survivor of sex trafficking or labor trafficking. You can use this service even if you were born outside the United States or do not have legal immigration status. You must be in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Lake, or Geauga County.

What to expect
Call the hotline. Staff will ask you questions to understand what help you need, including whether you need shelter. If you qualify for shelter, the agency will tell you where to go.
