Who can use it
You must be 65 or older and own and live in a home in Cuyahoga County. Or, you must be 18 or older with a permanent disability. Your total household income for 2025 can't be more than $40,000. Spouses of deceased individuals who previously got this exemption are also eligible if they are 59 or older. This also applies to surviving spouses of public service officers killed in the line of duty.
