St. Herman House

A program of Saint Herman House - Focus Cleveland

St. Herman House gives shelter to men and helps them stay sober. You must not use alcohol or drugs while living there. You will help with daily tasks around the house. The house can hold 28 people in shelter and 12 people in transitional housing. No pets are allowed.

Who can use it
You must be male and at least 18 years old. You cannot be actively using alcohol or drugs. You will take a drug and alcohol screening when you arrive. You can take medicine if you bring at least a 5-day supply and take it yourself. You cannot be a sex offender, have a history of arson or fire setting, or have a history of violent crimes.

What to expect
Come to the center Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, to fill out an application. A case manager will interview you. If you are accepted, you will move in when a bed is available. You will work with a case manager on jobs, housing, and staying sober. The house is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
