Summer Cooling Program/Summer HEAP/Summer Crisis Program (Scp)

Program is active July 1st through September 30th.
Who can use it: 您的家庭收入必须达到或低于联邦贫困线的 175%。如果需要电费帮助，您的电力必须已断开、面临断开威胁，或者您正在建立新服务。对于空调或风扇，您的家庭中必须有 60 岁或以上的人，或者有记录在案的医疗状况。您每三年只能获得一次空调或风扇帮助。现场帮助仅在您的服务已断开时可用。

What to expect: 您必须在 energyhelp.ohio.gov 上在线申请并上传所需文件，至少在您的预约前五天完成，否则您的预约可能会被重新安排。在线预约——该机构无法通过电话安排预约。如果您的电源已关闭且没有可用的预约，您也可以加入重新连接等待名单。周一至周四上午 8 点至中午提供现场服务，但仅限于您已断开连接且携带所有必需文件的情况。该项目从 7 月 1 日至 9 月 30 日运行。
