Supported Living Waivers - Developmental Disabilities: Individual Options (Io), Level 1, Self Waiver
A program of Cuyahoga County Board Of Developmental Disabilities
This program pays for things like help with meals, household chores, transportation, budgeting help, and life skills training. There are three types of waivers depending on how much help you need. The board can help you pick which waiver is right for you and find service providers.

- Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older, live in the area, have a developmental disability that started before age 22, and be eligible for County Board of DD services. Your income does not affect whether you can get help.
- Languages
- English on-site. Other languages by phone.
- What to expect
- Call Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, or apply online anytime. If you are eligible, you will be assigned a support administrator who will help you make a plan for your services. You can pick a provider you want to work with.

- Call ahead to confirm what documents you'll need to bring.
