Supportive Services For Veteran Families (Ssvf)
A program of Volunteers Of America Of Ohio And Indiana
Volunteers of America helps veterans pay for their first month's rent and security deposit to move into a home. They also help with rent payments so veterans can keep their current housing. The program gives help finding benefits, dealing with landlords, and connecting to other resources.

- Who can use it
- You must be a veteran living in Cuyahoga County who is homeless or about to lose your home. Sleeping on someone's couch or sharing a room counts as homeless. You must have an honorable discharge, general discharge, or other than honorable discharge. You must have very low or extremely low income.
