What to expect
For utilities, you must have a shut-off notice and have already applied for HEAP. For rent, they will first try to work with your landlord for a solution. The amount of help you get will vary.

  • utility shut-off notice and/or proof of eviction (court-ordered eviction notice). Will need to sign a Release of Information Authorization.
