This program helps Columbia Gas customers pay their gas bill to avoid disconnection or get service reconnected. You can get up to $250 per year for your heating bill and reconnection fees.

- Who can use it
- You must be a Columbia Gas customer. Your income must be at or below 175% of federal poverty guidelines, or you must have unexpected financial hardships. You must have a shut-off notice or already be disconnected and have received E-HEAP funds if applicable.

- You need to make an appointment. If the reconnection fee is more than $250, you'll need to pay the rest.
