- Debe ser un cliente de Ohio de una empresa de servicios públicos regulada por PUCO que participe en el programa PIPP Plus. Sus ingresos familiares deben estar en o por debajo del 175% de las Pautas Federales de Pobreza.

- What to expect
- Si paga su factura mensual de PIPP Plus a tiempo y en su totalidad, obtendrá dos créditos. Un crédito perdona el resto de la factura de ese mes, y el segundo crédito perdona 1/24 de cualquier saldo que adeudaba antes de unirse a PIPP.

- Proof of Income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 years of age and older. Most recent utility bills for gas and/or electric. When first applying client will also need proof of citizenship (birth certificate

- voter registration card
- military service record) or proof of legal resident/qualified alien (naturalization papers
- INS I.D. card). For reverification will not need proof of citizenship unless it is not on file with PIPP. Other documents may be required based on the individual situation. If claiming zero income
- must bring most recent IRS tax transcript
- if someone has been financially helping household within the past 90 days
- must bring a signed and dated letter from that person
- detailing amount of money given.
